The new developments will be "planted" on the site to initialise the process of local regeneration. The containers of public space, multiple equipments, and high density of uses will trigger and renew the activity at this partially degraded area, creating a new concept of suburban structure that can be an example for the rest of the developments around the area.
The scale and flexibility of these units make it possible to export them to other locations and make a net connecting different areas.
